Excellent, clean, and kind are three words that come to mind when I think about Avista and their staff. From the loving care they provide my mother, to the cleanliness of the facility, to the fun activities, and the delicious, healthy food, we couldn't be more thankful we found Avista. It felt like an almost impossible decision to place our mother in assisted living, however, the entire staff at Avista were extremely understanding and welcoming to my mother. It made the transition seamless. The staff as a whole is kind, patient, understanding, thorough in their care, and altogether lovely. The facility is beautiful. My mother's room is large and clean. I am able to visit her almost every day and it's always the same... clean, kind staff, and excellent care. It honestly feels like a gift from God to have found this place.

I am a current employee here and honestly out of all the facilities I have worked at in maintenance, seeing how I see the whole building staff wise, this is the best facility I have been working for. Not only are the care takers kind and helpful with the residents, they always go above and beyond to make sure they are cared for no matter how big or small or time of day. Management, the executive director Phoebe, she is fantastic. Always on top of what needs to happen and always putting the residents needs before the buildings. It is one of the cleanest facilities I have had the pleasure to work in and I am happy to call it my work place (:

The care staff and Executive Director along with the administrative support staff are all wonderful. They are very knowledgeable and personable with residents and families. I love visiting Avista Senior Living it is always a pleasure interacting with everyone there.

I was in this building several years ago and thought the place was just horrible. It was recently recommended to me by a professional to take a second look at the place. Wow. It just looks great. There has been a new manager that started in Jan. 2023 and the feel is very warm and friendly. The residents are engaged, happy and clean. I love the new Executive Director/Lic. Manager. She is really on top of everything. Alyson and Pesi are the Life enrichment staff and they are really great!. Thank you... Thank you .... Thank you

I am proud to say that I work at Avista Senior Living in Tucson. I have only been have for a few months and I have never worked at a place where teamwork is second to our residents. Our residents always come first but if anyone needs help you can always count on someone to be there for you. Management work together to make sure everyone has the support they need and if needed they will jump into help as well. I love all my co-works and how it feels like we are family.
