CareWise is an independent Elder Care Consulting Firm, founded by Heather Graham.
Heather's experience includes several years' work in the long-term care industry facilitating admissions and as an administrator of a residential care facility. On a daily basis, Heather faced the issues that families will confront as they try to make decisions for their elderly loved ones.
Heather has provided seminars throughout the area on Long-Term Care options, Early Alzheimer's awareness, and Safe-home Assessment. As an expert in senior care, Heather guides families to the best options and helps them cut through "red tape" to find solutions.
